  I had to wait a week before I could write this review because I was so angry. This is the first negative review I have written on google but felt so strongly that this is the only way to get a message across that can perhaps have a positive change so other patients will have a better experience. I normally go to the N. Raleigh location, but they couldn't fit me in that day. First, I would like to say the receptionist, nurse, PA and nurse who showed me on the way out were outstanding. They were professional, kind and very helpful. Just what you want when you are sick. The one star rating comes from my experience with the physician. I cannot remember the last time I had such an awful experience. First, he spent less than five minutes with me. (I ended up having to go to the N. Raleigh location four days later because my reaction had gotten worse.) He was arrogant, condescending and rude. Specifically: He felt the need to correct me that I wasn't having an "allergic reaction". I don't remember because I tuned him out at that point. My eye is swelling shut. I don't want to be lectured on what is correct medical terminology. Had he approached it in a different way ("Hey, if you are curious, it is technically....") then maybe I would not have been annoyed. What really upset me is I asked about continuing to take Benadryl. I am very careful to not exceed any dosage or any medication. I asked him how much I could take and his response was to read what the box said. Twice I explained I had recycled the box and didn't have it. Twice he said to look at the box. IMO, it is his job to look up dosages and recommend how much I can take; that is why I came to the doctor. I found it in less time via google when I returned home. Finally, I had asked my allergy medicine prescription to be renewed and it wasn't. I wish I had my husband or a friend with me who could have called him out. Normally, I am okay with standing up for myself, but was feeling too uncomfortable and just wanted relief.

  Not confident in any of the doctor's there. I live in Holly Springs so it's more convenient but I make the trip to their Cary office instead. I recommend finding another doctor or go to the Cary office.
